I had this happen too,but with left headlight. Per customer service this can not be fixed by mobile service and must be towed. Now it is fine, perhaps secondary to warmer Temps? Eager to hear how others issue is resolved.

I had my first ”normal” charge with an EA signet where it followed the charging graph without bouncing….started about 155 at 30 % SOC and ended at 75 kWh at 80% . Hopefully the software upgrades are being employed eveywhere

IMO the SSP is outstanding when the car is at rest, but the engine whine during motion makes it not worth the extra cost. The sound dampening folks may want to take inspiration from attached picture when upgrading design. Found that song when searching power ballads

I contacted customer care about my offline issue when using cellular service. My Wi-Fi at house is working fine….awaiting a fix. My question is navigation is working….how is that getting a signal if Spotify and sirius show no signal/offline ? as expected, the app on phone shows vehicle offline...

I’m still not clear on how one knows if wifi and charger are communicating….how do you know it worked? I see no lucid charger icon anywhere on laptop I used to connect….no light on charger indicating Wi-Fi connection….nothing on lucid phone app

I've struggled getting charger connected to wifi. I think might have succeeded today. The charger serial number now shows up as a wifi signal when I'm near garage. Is that it? I still don't know how people state the charger updated to latest software. How is that known?
