Hello, when I was listening to music with Dolby Atmos, Balance menu underneath of Audio setting is disabled. Is this a bug or is this the way it has been designed? Any possibility to change balance settings with Dolby Atmos?

Hi, I have exactly the same issue with my 2023 Touring with SSP. I am getting very weak sound at both back speakers when I drag it to the back side. I haven't scheduled a service yet but will do next week. I still couldn't see the benefit of SSP quality yet

Update: The car stayed around 1 week at the service. Service center said they could not find any leakage at the car by checking components and they said its the condensation from AC compressor which drains from passenger side.
