Ended up being the regulator which had to be replaced. It took 5 weeks to get the part then somebody came to my office to fix it.

UPDATE: texted customer service at 8:30PM EST. Got an immediate response that they checked my car and confirmed that it was running version .36 and that there is a known bug that makes the pilot screen still show version .33 which will be fixed on the next update. Also recommended valet card...

true. the price of early adoption. i remember going thru this in 2013 with my first Tesla. I do love this car (and loved my Teslas). It's also nice to commiserate with fellow owners.

.35 was being uploaded for me a couple days ago. My app said it completed but still shows version .33 in the car. However, now I keep losing my cameras and pilot screen has reverted back to taking 20-30 seconds to start functioning after getting in car. Am I beta tester and didn't know it...

Me too. I got about 2 hours of use. Now gone. Reset did not help. The entire media experience continues to be a fail for me. Since I was an early Tesla adopter, I was expecting this exact problem. I hope Lucid figures it out a lot faster than Tesla did....although arguably they haven't...

I have an iPhone. Mine is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s quick but other times I have to push the handle 2 or 3 times.

So flawless means you set it up using all the defaults and now you just walk up anywhere anytime and handles present before you get there? You don't have to wait or anything?

Is it just my vehicle or is reception terrible for everything coming through the radio: FM, HD FM, streaming? I can't get through a song without having it cut out at least once.

The reception for all FM channels (HD and otherwise) is quite poor.
