In 2.0.15, the fob was updated but it had to be inside the car for the update. Maybe someone confused the update capabilities of the fobs.

If you pressed the button to set the speed and it didn’t work, then just letting the car sit overnight will fix it. Irritating but my car will also fail to engage hands free or adaptive on rare occasions but it works the next day

The tire shop just needs to either peel the foam back or make a small cutout where the puncture is to make the repair. It’s been reported on this forum that people have gotten punctures repaired. It’s been reported that Discount Tire will do it (and it’s free)

That was true some time ago and might still be true with some products. Fix&Go is what Lucid sells and their product can be cleaned out of the inside of the tire with water - the company states it takes less than 10 minutes. The tire shop just has to be willing to deal with it.

Since it’s not safety or reliability related, I think you’ll be waiting awhile before someone responds about getting the email. It also makes sense for Lucid to space out batches of emails to smooth out the demand for this.

Yeah, that was the out the door cost in 2022 in CA. The msrp for a fully loaded GT was $139k. I just configured a GT to match mine and it came out to $127k.

As @DeaneG stated, you need to call customer service. If your car falls too far behind or an update failed, no new updates are sent to the car. They need to restart the update process for your car.

As a generalization, I agree but on an Air, the 21 and 19s both have max inflation specification of 50 psi and recommended psi of 42 and 49. I found it difficult to note much of a difference in ride quality between the 2 and I attribute a lot of that to the higher inflation value of the 19s...

Always applied to inside. Find a shop that can apply in one piece. Someone that can’t do it that way shouldn’t be working on your car. Film applied to the outside will get scratched up and need to replaced.
