Plug & Charge for my Air is not working and Lucid doesn't seem to know why not.

Since 2023 I've been able to use Plug & Charge for my Air. Recently, when I plug in at EA I get the error message "Plug&Charge Disabled for this drive" in the car (cockpit panel - see attached photo).

My App shows that my plan is Activated for EA (see attached focusing on the EA Section and the "Service Dates" section showing 2 months remaining) and Customer Care has confirmed my plan is Activated and should work as well.

I have to unplug/replug and approve in my App with the station ID. The station shows charges being incurred but then the Lucid receipt shows a zero balance due for the charge.

Does anyone know why this happening and what the resolution is?

Is it the App, the Car, Lucid's backend system (Customer Care opened a ticket for this), or EA itself?

Has customer care pushed a new EA plug n charge certificate to your car? If not, have them do that.

I've submitted the request to Customer Care and will revert back with the results. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction here.

@borski that did the trick. THANK YOU.

One follow-up question for you...
When I charge at EA, the station is showing a charge/fee rather than $0, however I'm not actually getting a charge on my CC either from EA nor Lucid.

Recalling I'm still in my 3 year free charge plan, is it expected to now see charges on the stations? Did that start with the enablement of the "Lucid Charing - Base Plan" where you provide a CC and the charges will flow in to Lucid once my included free charging plan expires?

Yea. You can see the receipts in the app, under charging service, so you can still see it’s zero.

Actually, what I see in the app is a charge but then when I get the email receipt it's $0 and nothing on my CC.

Also interesting that the email uses UTC but the App time is correct (timezone adjusted)
