I'm confused that people are saying a Touring is $122k when I can see 2025 models well-equipped when I build-it-up for $91.1k with Santa Cruz leather, aluminum roof, 19", and Pro/Pro?
I also am confused MSRP for the GT is $150 when I can build-it out with similar specs for $122k? What am I missing, local taxes?

I plan on purchasing one of these, either new or used (red, silver, or blue) in the near future, either here or Autotrader/BAT.

I'm confused. What people are say those models cost that much? Do you mean a 2025? They used to cost in that range, but they don't anymore. If you're reading posts on the forum, people might be listing the price they paid last year or the one before.

Ah, I see. Yes. It seems the 2022 models were going for significantly higher and Lucid seems to have brought down the prices by about $30k each. I wonder if they're losing money per-car that way? Also, I noticed some configuration changes over the years. Some of the new changes are unusual, such that you can get a Touring with a 20-way adjust but somehow is PureLux and not leather. The leather seat-option is "only" 14-way.

Thanks, I thought maybe there were "hidden costs" somewhere I was missing.

The decrease in price is actually fairly low. The current price doesn't include the options whereas the prices originally included all the upgrades. If you add all the upgrades to a GT today, it's only a few thousand dollars less than the original price.

Yeah, that was the out the door cost in 2022 in CA. The msrp for a fully loaded GT was $139k. I just configured a GT to match mine and it came out to $127k.
