    Wonky volume controls

Not bothered much by steering wheel controls but really would like Nav volume separate. I do like my spouse's T car with voice control and looking forward to Lucid continuation towards even better software. Car is an absolute dream to drive so the rest will be icing on the cake.

    Alert Message: Front Camera Failure

I was at EA charging in Tucson and it was over 100 degrees so that may be the problem. So another glitch to be repaired, it will be over a 100 degrees many times here in AZ. Not happy camera has that limitation but understandable. Just annoying.

    Alert Message: Front Camera Failure

After running for 7 months with no major issues, including EA charging, I received "Front Camera Failure" "Contact Customer Service " message twice. Not sure what happened but how do you verify it is now ok? Last 30 minutes of driving was without the message. My interior lights also went on...

Air Conditioning not cooling the car enough

35% on roof but nothing on windshield. May change if heat becomes a real problem for us. I am still wish that it was a more robust HVAC system for a car at this price point.

Air Conditioning not cooling the car enough

After 6 months of owning my GT and summer arriving here in Tucson, AZ, I have to wonder why a car manufactured in Casa Grande, AZ does not have HVAC down pat. When we can average over 50-75 days each summer over 100 degrees, HVAC should be a prime item. I am loving the car though and...

    Great Driving Day

Today, I took the GT from Tucson to Casa Grande for a visit. My spouse (Tesla driver) was hesitant but agreed to the drive in exchange for dinner. The nav worked great, music was spot on and the GT drove fantastic although lane centering sucks IMO. But to top it off, we hit the EA chargers at...

    Launch Mode ?

BTW, it was so fast I did not even see if the speedo screen changed. It was awesome but be careful when you try it.

    Launch Mode ?

hydbob I went out this morning after a reset and found a nice, isolated road to retry launch mode. OMG, as others have said....it is insane. I am not sure why this is a feature in a luxury car but WOW! It may be abusive as someone else commented. I also would not recommend trying it in a...

    Launch Mode ?

I plan to try it tomorrow when I have a longer roadway. I had read an article where I could get the Blue Bear indicator without actually engaging launch mode but apparently not.

    Launch Mode ?

hydbob I put my GT in Sprint, push the brake pedal down hard and ditto on accelerator. I never got the Blue Bear. After about an hour, I quit trying and listened to Tidal while reading the onboard manual. Am I missing something? Is it an issue I should bring up to CS?

    Tesla Price Decrease

Well, a Model S for less than 85k is a pretty good deal. At this price point, I could have bought two Model S Tesla for the cost of my Air GT. I actually am looking at it as a backup for the Lucid. My Model 3 is 3 years old and I could go for all the Tesla software. I like getting in the car...

    Elon drove me to Lucid

I am somewhat tired of the negativity about Tesla and Musk. I have a Model 3LR and sold my Model S to purchase the Lucid Air GT. I like the Teslas and enjoy driving the Model 3 daily. The Lucid is a far superior engineering marvel but I do not degrade my Tesla based on Elon. Who gives a xxxx...

    Bobby Reset for the Win!

Bobby, it is your spouse getting back at you for not having her profile available on your car. No worry, unless you find twin beds tonight when you get ready for bed.

Easter Bunny just dropped a few eggs for my Air GT

OK, I just went to have my PPF and ceramic coating checked by my installer. All was great and he did a complete detail job for me as a bonus. So, I am feeling great except my Nav went dead on the way to the only EA spot close to me in Tucson. It is a 50 mile R/T so I do not go often. I...

    PPF & Ceramic Coating Completed

Yes I actually took it in for the 30 day wash and check and Tony noticed a small defect in the PPF and wants to redo it. Not sure I will let it go for two days again for a small defect that I did not see until he pointed it out. He does a great job and is meticulous.

    Vampire drain while plugged in

I have been offline for about 6 weeks due to surgery. My Lucid Air GT was at 478 miles when I left for the hospital and now, 6 weeks later it is at 376. No bluetooth or fob interaction happened since I left them over 100 yards from garage. I really do not care since I have not been able to...

    Lucid vs Tesla

My Model 3 definitely stops and, rather abruptly if you are close. Unlike others, our Model 3 has been excellent with the exception of phantom braking occasionally. We have learned to keep alert and have handled all cases well although have had little problem unless there are highway lines...

    FSD Fantasy

Has anyone noticed the GMC Denali TV ad showing the driver taking his hands off the wheel and then playing "patty cake" and singing with the passengers. They even show the car switching lanes, passing a car and returning to original lane. Unlike my Tesla, no phantom braking or FSD kick out...
