I requested that 2.1.3 get pushed to me last week and it arrived about an hour after the request was made. I am downloading 2.1.10 now.

I texted Lucid Highway Assist using my Lucid App and they responded in about 15 minutes stated that they sent my request to push 2.1.3 to me so I could have it on a trip I am taking this Friday. It only took about another 30 minutes and Voila! It is here and I am not downloading it. Yay!

Here is a little tip that may save you a return trip to the service center if one of your doors is not soft closing properly. After you have rebooted the car, if your door is still not soft closing properly, then take a video of it not closing properly. I have learned this lesson the hard way...
