This is incorrect. You should only ever be prompted to open the app if PnC fails for some reason. It should be seamless. There is no new process; there is still just the old process *if* it fails to authenticate for some reason.

I can assure you they aren’t ignoring it (I’ve gotten confirmation on that from a few folks) but that’s all the information I have. I don’t know if or when they will address it. I agree it’s not good.

I promise you Lucid is well aware of the fob issue and has not stopped considering ways to fix it, within their means.

The fob should be covered under warranty if defective, and this sounds defective.
