I also got the price increase on the R1T I ordered. My new price is 87,500.00. I had ordered a Ford Lightning in case something like this happened. I will wait and see but not sure I see the value at 87,500.00

I ordered two of the Charge Point Flex chargers as I also have a Rivian truck ordered. Bought on Amazon but they won't get here till about March 22-24. If I went with the same unit but with the 6-50 plug instead of the 14-50 it would be here Wednesday. Thanks for the info on the Charge Point...

I have a Escort 360 and read somewhere on here about detectors not seeing thru the glass in certain areas ? I already bought the USB to cig lighter adapter. Insight on where it can see thru the glass ?

For me I think it was weeks after getting my vin that I was told my car would ship in the coming days, a few days later purchase agreement and payment request. Hoping for it this week.

Thanks for all the info. So in general the 40 amp level 2 cord listed in the Amazon link above will charge the car fully overnight ? Are there any pluses or minuses to supplying 80 amps instead ?

I read the charger is built into the car and what is needed is a 14-50 wall receptacle. Then I see people mounting chargers on the wall and either hardwiring it or plugging it into a 14-50. Is a wall charger going to supply more power ? Seems redundant . Maybe I need more coffee.

But at end of today the money is still in my account. On my Lucid account is shows 0 balance due. Maybe they don't accept the money until the car ships ?

I did the Plaid with them last night . Very easy.
