    Release Version Megathread

I did not know about that one! That fixed it. Thank you! Lucid CS replied to me earlier today that they will push .64 to me, but that hasn't happened yet.

    Release Version Megathread

Not exactly. I started the update and it was probably 90 min or more before I checked on the car. I would think that it would do a standard reset on it's own since no key would have been in proximity during that time, but maybe you're saying that's not the case.

    Release Version Megathread

I just installed .61 and now the upper screen is scrambled while switching profiles. Pilot panel looks normal. Texted Lucid customer service to let them know of the bug.

    Regenerative Braking and Charge Limit

Thanks for moving the thread. Maybe it's intended, but as I mentioned I don't think my Tesla had behaved this way and I think it's a miss in terms of range. It's one thing to limit the charage, but (IMO) it's another to limit the reg braking capabilities. Also, it's a bit of a safety issue...

    Regenerative Braking and Charge Limit

Crap. Meant to post this in Driving Dynamics, but can't figure out how to move / delete it.

    Regenerative Braking and Charge Limit

It seems that regenerative braking capability is tied to the charging limit. I have my charging limit set to ~80%. I often drive down a long downhill within a few miles of my house. I've noticed that at the bottom, I have no regenerative braking capability and have to use the brake pedal...

Bug: Sirius XM periodically forgets my favorites

Several times now, I've found that my Sirius XM favorites are "forgotten" and I get a "Nothing to display" message. I've found that a Bobby Reset will fix this. Lucid should think of caching the list locally and updating async to provide a better experience.

Took the plunge on LUCID AIR, but only for 2 years(!)

Welcome, John. I have about 500 miles on my Touring now and the more I drive it, the more I love it. Is it perfect, no. But then, I have yet to have a car that I would say is perfect. I think you'll love your Touring based on how great it drives and looks and that will help you to see past...

Nav: Two complaints and a compliment

Tonight, I was going to a concert held at a venue I'd never been to before. This morning, I found the address, plugged it into the Lucid app on my phone and sent it to the car. I got a message that seemed to indicate success. When I got in the car tonight, I expected it to show on the Home...

    Wonky volume controls

I agree that the steering wheel volume isn't sensitive enough. I vastly prefer the dashboard control. While we're on the subject of volume, I wish we could control the volume of the nav system independently of music like pretty much every other car I've ever owned with nav.

    Steering Wheel Controls for SiriusXM

    Unfortunately, you can't.

    Radio Antenna Replaced

I hadn't considered iHeartRadio. That's an interesting idea. Do you find the stream quality comparable to HD radio?

    Lane Departure Intervention... Ugghh

It might be my imagination, but I think Lane Departure is getting better. It seems like it's trying to kill me less often. It used to be that it often tried to aggressively steer the car into turn lanes and such, but I swear that's happening way less often. Maybe there was some bug fix...

    2.0.59 is dropping now

Took the update overnight on Saturday. When I drove the car on Sunday, audio didn't work (Bobby reset fixed) and Hold was turned off. Fortunately, I noticed Hold just backing out of the garage and restored the setting before driving off.

Do the aero wheel inserts scratch all of the wheels?

My DA asked if I wanted the aero inserts installed when I scheduled pick up. I opted not to because of the comments in this forum on scratching the wheels. I've wondered though if some type of tape on the wheels would provide temporary protection so that I could use them if I were taking a...

    Sentry Mode

I can tell you that dash cam functionality can definitely help in accidents. My Tesla was totaled when I took a left turn out of my neighborhood at a light and an SUV ran the light of the street I was turning onto (it's a bad, blind corner). His insurance was disputing fault. Once they saw...

    CarPlay is here! - Megathread

In at least one sense, I think CarPlay may work better in the Lucid than in my wife's Audi. Full disclosure... I have barely driven the Audi since taking delivery of my Lucid and I haven't used CarPlay in the Lucid hardly at all... That said, I can be using the Lucid interface (music or nav)...

    Hunting wild Lucid Airs

If there'd have been room, I'd have parked next to this one today for a better picture.

    Trunk not closing solution

Once again appreciating the knowledge on this forum. After forgetting to close my frunk and trying all the soft reset procedures, I thought I'd check here and there was the answer. Thank you!
