Where's my car

Ya know if I can order Pizza, and it tells me where it is in the Prep, cook, complete, deliver, why can't a car company do it. Ever try to email a sales person. They may have 2-4 sales people at their branches, but inside sales is like two people, and you can end up waiting weeks for an update. YES I saw the Order - Process - Delivery in progress, but those are too vague, I want a tracker to tell me if my car is still sitting in Phoenix or enroute so I can actually plan my transition to my new beautiful SUV!

They can do this because they’ve spent more money on the development of the software than the quality of the food! Different priorities I guess!
