Reverse Split

Now we get to watch how the new SEC rules allow short sellers ten calendar days to whipsaw the price before the reverse split takes place.

Yeah, that's why the stock price is so low. Investors read the forums about the key fob issues and dumped the stock! Give me a break.

When there's less than 2 or 3% of total Lucid owners in this forum you shouldn't take everything as gospel and assume its an issue on ALL vehicles. Yes, some people are having fob issues but I for one am not one of those people. Should I come in and post daily "my fob worked 100% today"? No, because that's not what people do, they post the negative experience and it gets amplified by the same group of people constantly repeating the same issue post after post after post making it look like its a more widespread problem than it probably is.
While I agree with you the struggling LCID stock is not directly attributed to"Key FOB", but the reality is, Gravity ramp is signficantly behind plan. Lucid's shipment (Air + Gravity) is significantly below theire forecast. $7,500 incetive is going away. Leases, which accounts for a large part of LCID sales, is problematic. Impact of tariff won't help. It is unclear what Lucid is doing to right the ship! OK, so, it is not the key FOb, but.....

It does drop sales, think how many people are walking away! I could have bought a Gravity, but now, not going to until the key and software is robust enough.

They cant even get a key to work normally! This is basic stuff.

Software issues since Air came out, more than 4 years ago. I keep thinking maybe next year…..not looking good at all for midsize.

Imagine all the service time lost addressing these issues. Unbelievable!

The 6 month delay getting the Gravity out dropped the stock. A slap in the face of investors when they released those dozen Gravities in Dec! That was a joke on us.

When EV political climate is so tough , you need to execute. Lucid is not doing that.

I got an AGT, despite the doom and gloom about the FOB and a host of other mostly software related problems. The car is FANTASTIC! Is it perfect? No, but no other cars are. It is way, way better and more refined than my Audi E-tron GT, and much better than I thought it would be based on what I read on this forum.

I don't think many/some people on this forum have a realistic/rational view of the current luxury car space. Lucid is producing cars that are plenty good enough for the marketplace. Whether they can make the financials work is another matter. Personally, I think the PIF will stay firmly behind them. They tend to be in things for the long haul.

I too have an Air GT 2022
Just drove from Boston to Metro NYC and back
Only had to but on 45 kWh at a charge point level 2 overnight inside the gated community that I was visiting
At merely 25c/kw this was so easy and pleasant. No wasted time at all. Didn’t even bother to use the free EA
Got home with still 35% on battery
Car is a dream to drive on these kind or round trips

Okay. Then wait. Plenty of people will have bought theirs well before you. Nothing wrong with that.

My key works completely fine. Some cars have some issues, yes. Most don’t, it seems.

For those that do, it doesn’t feel any better, but that doesn’t change anything about the numbers.

My Air works great. So does my Gravity. So do most vehicles they produce.

Imagine all the service time lost addressing these issues. Unbelievable!
Service is literally there to address issues that occur with the vehicle. That is what service does.

Okay. The line to test drive the Gravity at the EV Expo in Alameda today begs to differ.

You don’t have to buy the car. You don’t even have to like it. You can also think it’s broken. All those things are your right.

Plenty of others will buy it and be happy, however. Yet more will wait and buy it later.

But, as usual, the imminent death of Lucid appears greatly overstated. 🤷‍♂️
