Just received this software update, glad to see they are adding more remote diagnostics. I think this is consistently something that Lucid does well.

I think we all benefit a lot from the proactive approach Lucid takes in this regard. I know a lot of people who’ve benefitted from this.

Always nice to see an update, as long as there aren't serious regressions. Seems like a minor one so we're probably safe.

The release notes read a bit differently to my eyes, it seems like they're changing the logic behind existing diagnostics as to what does/doesn't trigger an alert.

Also got this update yesterday. Perhaps also it will fix the infotainment forgetting what audio source was selected on the previous drive. For the one time I’ve driven the car since, it’s worked, but that’s only the one time…

Mine does that too! I'm not sure but there are two things that I've noticed. If I'm plugged in and I unplug right as the door unlocks, charging is interrupted (it always starts charging for a minute when it wakes up in the AM). The navigation screen is fixed on the control panel and does not respond until you press navigation on the cockpit panel. It often loses the previous audio sorce when this happens. I've also noticed that if a source is playing when you exit, it often saves the audio source.🤷‍♂️

Audio source saving is still spotty for me after driving a bit more…haven’t (yet) noticed the navigation or charging issues.

Son of a *****. After installing this update yesterday, I drove to work this morning. I backed into my same parking, and the parking sensors beeped at me like it has for the last year / 12k miles, and by 20” it usually auto stops me from hitting the curb in the rear. Well, this morning I get a rear protection malfunction or something, fault this or that. No exclamation point on the dash, though. I drove forward tried it again. Still beeps but doesn’t stop. I Air logo reset, and now it doesn’t even have the parking sensors. I think I’m going to stop updating the software immediately now…

Make sure rear parking protection is turned on in settings.

You should install every update. They’re not cumulative, regardless, so even if one breaks something (which this one shouldn’t have and I haven’t seen any other reports of it) you’ll have to install it before you install any future update regardless.
