The credits they are giving this June are quite large and I am looking to lease, would anyone know what money factor they are using for June? I have seen previous months at .00068 and similar - I was told that June of 2025 is .0017, which really cancels out the extra incentives for this month... I just purchased an Air Pure yesterday and go in today to finish and take the car. I’m not familiar with lease terminology, but I did the math for loan vs. lease. For me it was cheaper to lease and buy the car at the end of 36 months. As you mentioned, the credits are large and with the lease it was an extra $7500 for the EV credit. I can ask them what the money factor is when I finish the deal tomorrow. My car is $80,225 before the credits and I put down 25k plus the tax. My payment will be a little over $71/month.
Here are my details. With all the credits I was able to get my touring for $672 with $6000 down, 12K/36 month lease. Has dream drive pro, comfort and convenience, and surreal sound pro but not glass roof or larger wheels (because winter)
