June 2025 lease deals

The credits they are giving this June are quite large and I am looking to lease, would anyone know what money factor they are using for June? I have seen previous months at .00068 and similar - I was told that June of 2025 is .0017, which really cancels out the extra incentives for this month... Currently looking at a 660 monthly lease 0 down for 36/12k. Air Pure RWD with just stealth package,
