    Gravity Testing!

So initial price would be about $120K then maybe about $98K a year later?

    Lucid Layoff

Not sure how these layoffs allow production to increase to fulfill existing Air orders, and also initiate production for the Gravity? Otherwise, does then the company goes private and the platform is bought by a legacy manufacturer?

Kia EV9 (about late 2023), Hyundai Ionic 7 (about mid 2024)

    Q4 2022 Earnings Preview Article

I was one of the 9000, canceled my order and received my refund today. Given several competitors at a better price point I just don't see the value in Lucid.

Final thoughts on my way out the door...

Agree completely, my Ioniq 5 Limited feels near luxury (about 85%) at about half the cost of a Touring. The level II driving autonomy is better than any other car I've driving, including my Mercedes GLE, and is standard.

Enthusiast Canceling after the Launch event - in Depth Reasons/discrepancies noted

Agree, my Ioniq 5 has essentially DDP as standard and great Level 2 autonomy: Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, Driver Attention Warning (DAW), Highway Driving Assist II (HDA II), Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop & Go, Navigation-based...

Enthusiast Canceling after the Launch event - in Depth Reasons/discrepancies noted

Test drove the AGT at the West Palm Beach Studio. Have also test driven the MB EQS and Tesla Model X, and as well own an Ioniq 5. As additional EVs in the near luxury and luxury space come to market, at least to me, Lucid appears increasingly overpriced and as the OP is essentially saying...

Enthusiast Canceling after the Launch event - in Depth Reasons/discrepancies noted

Canceling my Touring reservation as well, or at least, trying to, as Lucid it doesn't seem to want let me do that yet, lol. My basic complaint is similar, Lucid to me just does not have the value, becoming really overpriced and overhyped.

Hyundai now more efficient than Lucid?

On my Ioniq 5 Limited AWD I'm getting 3.4-3.6Mkw without really thinking about it. BTW, MSRP was $57K with $4K markup, and having driven several luxury cars as well as test drove the GTA, the Ioniq really is worth it.

Is Volvo jealous of the Gravity?

It's also the price point, with a Gravity probably around $110-140K, and everyone else below that. After having several, I'm kind of over the 90K and up luxury 3-row SUV. Let's see what Hyundai and Kia can do with the Ioniq 7 and EV9 at around $65K. After driving an Ioniq 5 for several months...

    Moving on from Lucid

Might be an option if I decide to purchase, as I do have a reservation locked in at the previous price. Again, with more electric vehicles coming online in the next few months, the Lucid increasingly doesn't seem to be a good value.

    Moving on from Lucid

Have recently had a '21 GLS450, as well as before Lexus, Land Rover, and BMW. So far the Ioniq seems to fulfill 85% of my luxury expectations at about a 50% price point vs the Lucid Touring. But noobzilla maybe right and I can cancel later, so another test drive might help to decide when...
