I think the really telling thing to watch is if this team stays in place going forward. If they do, it probably means this is the right call, and Lucid still has a good chance to execute its goals in the mid-term future. If not, well, that's a bit scary.

Yes, the ability to adjust absolutely everything about the seats, particularly the side bolsters (for me) is really great. It's so nice to have seats that fit exactly right.

Yes, it’s not clear. Definitely a fairly deep design/odd software/odd hardware interaction. They just tried things until something worked. I’ll test both of the fobs when I pick it up and confirm it works. If it does, I’ll be happy and then put the fobs in their box and keep using my phone...

Well, it looks like they got it fixed - 8 days (but really five business days). I haven't picked it up yet, but below is what their notes are about what went into getting it working again. Sounds very frustrating, but glad they got it dealt with.

Ahh. It’s nice not to be alone at least. They tried pulling down the headliner and even installing a new ECU. Now they are moving on to replacing the “central antenna” (I think I have that right). I am glad I have a loaner - that makes me less grumpy, but what a pain for everyone involved.
