Currently driving from SEA to LA. Does anyone know how to turn off the highway assist “pay attention” chime. It’s pretty annoying.

No way to turn it off, and it's there to ensure you keep your hands on the wheel. All you need is a little bit of pressure on it, and with practice you get used to it.
