I am not saying Jaguar went down because of Waymo. What I was getting at is:
> self-driving cars like Waymo and Uber will remain a very small factor for EVs in the next 5 years. Waymo has 1,200 iPace on hand and consumed about 2,500 units to date, a pitifully small number! Uber's projection is (I think) 25kU-30kU over 5-7 years(?). Again, Lucid can't survive on that. It is good PR, so long as Lucid can afford the distraction.
> for Lucid to stay relevant, it must participate in the mid-size market in a meaningful (i.e., financially profitable) way.
