Are you using the correct (smaller) adapter?
Some Tesla destination chargers aren't compatible with Gravity.

Yeah, I was using the correct smaller adapter and unfortunately that wasn’t working. Understood on some TD’s not being compatible though didn’t realize that. I contacted customer care as I tried a ChargePoint L2 as well with the adapter and no luck. Maybe my adapter is fried? I just fine it odd that DC charging works fine but L2 does not work at all.

L2 uses different hardware in the car compared to DC charging, so it's possible there's an issue there.

I'm pretty sure it's transient. At least from my experience many issues come and go. Key fob is the biggest example for me. 1 month no issues, 1-click and the car responds. Then followed by 2 months of struggle, pressing door handle doesn't work, mashing unlock button requires 15+ tries, opening the hood with key fob might take a minute. Soft/hard reboot, new batteries, rebooting key fobs doesn't work. Then after some time it just goes away again like nothing happened. If it followed some action from Lucid (e.g. software update) I would be more confident it's fixed, otherwise it's probably temporary good days for your cars. But I'll be very happy to be wrong. I hope it's fixed for you.

We have had plenty of discrete software issues that were transient. However, what was weird about the hiatus a few weeks back was that all the software errors disappeared entirely for several days and then all appeared again about the same time: locking and unlocking issues; screen blackouts; Pilot Screen, toggle switches, and steering wheel control buttons freezing; dashboard VIBE lighting malfunction; rear hatch issues in the newer car.

I'm holding my breath to see what happens with this latest cessation of bugs.

Arghhh . . . I spoke too soon. The locking/unlocking gremlins returned this evening as six of us were leaving for dinner in our newer Gravity.
 
First time experiencing this issue. HUD kept going haywire with the brightness. It was really distracting and dangerous to drive with on. I had to turn it off.

Unable to upload the video. The website doesn’t finish the upload.

Did you submit to swfeedback? I get the same issue but I haven’t been able to capture it for a bug report. I see it most often at dawn/dusk and parking garages. I’m wondering if point light sources aren't being handled well.

I was about to say the same, it happens at dawn/dusk and indoors depending on the lighting angle.

I submitted this issue to swfeedback email some time ago, very detailed, with timestamps, VIN etc.
 
My rear hatch opened in the garage after I parked the car and went into the house. I got notification on the Lucid app that it was open. I found it half-way open pressed against the garage door. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Despite all your issues, do you regret buying the Gravities?

Not yet, and for several reasons:

- outside of the software issues, they are absolutely phenomenal vehicles in terms of power, handling, ride, room, design, materials quality, and structural solidity
- having lived through similar travails with our early Air, that car's issues did get ironed out, and over four years later it still looks brand new, and we're still enjoying driving it
- we have other cars (although they're now all Lucids), so we usually have a backup on hand when one Gravity is seriously misbehaving.

On the other hand, if we only had one car I would not be keeping the Gravity at this point. (My brother is in this boat and, although he has long looked forward to the Lucid mid-size as the car to replace his Model 3, he has now decided he cannot risk it, at least within the first couple of years of production.)

It's tricky with first year production especially for an EV. I've avoided that up until now. Knocking on wood, I haven't had any major issues. I've only had minor software glitches, primarily with Spotify running on Android Auto. I have a slight rattle from the driver's seatbelt mechanism on the B pillar. Otherwise, very happy with the Gravity so far. Now I just need to get the efficiency others are getting but I think it's mainly my lead foot's fault.
