Moderator, please reduce listing title price to $69999. Rock-bottom retirement-sale price! Can't go lower!
 
I like that idea, but here's the deal:
The 21" rims are merely cosmetic and serve no practical purpose; they slow down the car and make the ride rougher and decrease range because of the increased weight (very heavy) and tire profile of being about an inch. The LM1/LM2 Chinesium Pirelli tires are junk. I went through 7 tires in 7 months as the sidewalls bubbled.

Furthermore those 21" are made of a magnesium alloy that is very soft and a pebble can gouge them.

The 19" rims provide faster 0-60, 0-100 times, I've improved range by about 20%, and the ride is more plush. I have not sacrificed lateral g' acceleration skidpad with these.
Also, 19" rubber is easier to buy tires cost-wise. Also, Lucid recommended the 19" for me as they are superior on all accounts for usage on this car.

I'll include the rashed tires as a bonus from simple potholes but aside from cosmetics are not really road-functionally recommended. I have no rubber for them, but I do have the TPMS for each. If the buyer wants to go through that hassle the savings amount is now baked-in to the new price and it can be their bugbear to burden and go through the emotional rollercoaster of "Well, these should be on the DE-P but.. the tradeoff is roughest ride, bad range, and slow acceleration, all for looks." Function before form, sir.

Hang on, some of this is just plain wrong. Sidewall bubbles etc. aside, which appears to be either luck or location or driving ability (as the binomial distribution seems to be that there are those like you who have had it happen 7 times or those like me who have had zero, heh, which I cannot assume is just some kind of 'pothole avoiding skill' and is probably more luck/weather/location)...

The DE 21s are forged, aerospace-grade aluminum; the 19s are cast. They are inherently weaker; neither is magnesium.

You describe it as a 'rough' ride, and to me it is much more of a responsive ride, rather than rough. The 19s were too floaty for me, relative to the 21s (they were fine with no comparison)

The 19s do have improved range, but slower 0-60 due to the 21s being wider, stickier tires.

Basically, it's totally fine if you don't like the 21s, lol, but of your reasons the only accurate ones are the decreased range and that they are more susceptible to road hazards.

The irony is not lost on me that I had both, and sold the 19s, keeping the 21s. I've put about 30k miles on 21s now with not a single hazard, whereas in 3k miles on the 19s I had hit two hazards lol and needed replacement. 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, all of this is beside the point but I just wanted to correct any misinformation. :)
