Hm , Live View still doesn't work for me. I tried turning off WiFi on the phone, leaving only cell connection on, didn't help. Gravity has been on 3.3.20 for almost a month now, but both on older and current software versions live view never worked for me. Using iPhone here and the latest version of lucid app (2.11). Does it matter if the vehicle is connected to the WiFi or not?

I found Live View worked much better after I made the car forget my home wifi and have left it like that ever since

I think LiveView is considered beta, like Halo. So, not sure any of these odd “fixes” are really going to work. Lucid will just keep updating to kill the bugs. My LV works and doesn’t for no apparent reason after multiple workarounds.

I do think that right now the wifi thing works though. I never connected my Gravity to wifi at all and there has only been one time I wasn't able to access Live View but at the time it was in the parking lot at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park which is kind of out in the middle of nowhere and has spotty cell service to begin with.

I guess my point was that may work for some folks for some reason. Your “fix” hasn’t worked for me. I’ve turned off my WiFi on car, forgotten all WiFi networks on car, etc and it has no impact. LiveView works sometimes with or without WiFi on car and/or phone. Just something odd. Not super concerning.

What I find most annoying is it’s currently configured to NEVER work when car is charging, which is when I use similar functions most for our X or R1S. That’s really annoying.

Try signing out of your lucid app account, close/reopen the app, then log in again. Worked for me occasionally.

Well I thought for sure that it was broken for real since it has stayed that way for a couple of days, but then it fixed itself today after a short drive

This was the first time I had a passenger get in and out of that door so maybe that somehow reset it.

The mobile tech happened to call a few minutes after it fixed itself, and he said that he’s seen this (door handles getting confused and then fixing themself) a bunch and thinks it’s software.

Since posting this the handle has been going through various phases:

1. Works normally
2. Stuck out and won’t retract at all
3. Stuck in and won’t present at all
4. Stuck out but will retract if I press lightly while locking

In any case I have a mobile appointment in a few weeks to fix it.

This should work outside too. I was able to view my cameras from the app while on vacation and the car was parked in a parking garage.

I’m curious, before it truly broke/malfunctioned on you, was there a noticeable ‘creak’ or looseness to the handle? My Gravity is showing this on the driver side door handle and rear passenger side.

I don’t specifically recall there being any signs before something went wrong. Coincidentally I had just had both passenger side handles replaced the week before because they were much harder to open than the two driver’s side ones.

Only seen this when car charged to nearly 100% (like 98% or above).

Me too. Received this alert today - "Regenerative Breaking Temporarily Reduced".
Completed my first at-home L2 charge to 100%.
Would've been my 1st official Gravity bug/issue; but not yet!

So far, Gravity and software and key fob have been extremely solid for me.

I've had the Gravity GT for about a week now, and it has been fantastic. I have had an Air Pure for over 2 years, so I was expecting a lot more software issues.
But so far, I have only found one minor software bug with version 3.20.
If you leave the massage going when you leave the car and lock the car with the Fob, it will lock the doors but the car will not shut down.
The lights stay on, music stays on, rear view mirrors don't fold back.
Had no idea why the first few times, so I had to do a UI reboot to get it to shut off.
But then through trial and error figured out that it only happens if the massage is on.
I'm assuming that this is a bug and not the desired behavior.
Is this the proper place to file a bug report that will be seen by the Lucid developers?

Same here - sometimes it connects, other times I get a "cannot connect" message. Often, trying again is successful. Even over Wi-Fi.

Just got back from running an errand and I was silently rumiating and complaining about the cameras. I can deal with the poor quality during the day, but at night they become unusable if it is dark, just when you need them the most, specially the back up one.

Has anyone tried turning on the rear fog light at night? Seems like that might help, especially if there are objects behind you the light can bounce off of.

It’s not just the rear though. The blind spot cameras aren’t helpful at night either. I was driving my wife’s X and noticed Tesla seems to “just” turn up contrast at night or something. Maybe just a better camera. Wife’s X is much better with blind spot cams and has no extra light on the sides of car. I hope it is just a software issue.

I noticed this too when trying to park my car into my garage with minimal lights on. For me it’s hard to see if I’m going to scrape the side wall

The Gravity's visual parking sensors are a bit whack IMO and the steering wheel direction matters, which I was a bit shocked about. See my post here if one cares. Was going to put that post in this thread, but wasn't sure it would qualify as a bug per se.

Soooo… my gravity was in for a few other things and my passenger handle got stuck out for a second time (after it had fixed itself once before) and he said there was indication for moisture inside and he replaced it.

So, i suspect the magical “fixed itself” is actually the moisture evaporating and once it gets wet again, it gets stuck out.

So, it may actually require a service visit if it happens repeatedly.

New owner 31 Dec delivery. Have not driven much but played with it a lot. So this evening I was showing car to a 7 year old - she thought it was cool. Got out and experienced the same thing .... lights on, mirrors out, door locked by fob. No amount of clicking fob fixed it. We both had heat and massage on. Now since I think I have massage on default on drivers side and get out all the time and this has not happened until tonight ... will have to test if it is both seats or just passenger seat that triggered it.

I make sure to have creep engaged, that way slight brake pressure keeps the brake light on, red, but better than black.

The first time my wife tried to open the door it wouldn't. I think the contacts in the handle are poor quality or dirty. Soo.... my fix which seems to still be working is to first get the door open somehow, maybe from the inside. Then without closing the door exercise the door handle repeatedly. When I first did this it would only make noise about 1 in 10 pulls. After numerous pulls it started to work better. Having the door open makes this process happen quickly and you don't feel like such an idiot opening and closing the door. I did this in the morning the first couple of days of ownership and whenever its start to get finicky. Maybe three times since Dec 14th.
