Gravity SW update inbound...

Might just be taking some time to get the videos back. Looks like the car is certainly downloading stuff

They’re slowly coming back. So if your videos are missing they will start to trickle in after a few hours by the look of it

I have felt it in my GGT and some of the Air loaners I’ve gotten that have the massage option. I assume it depends on the last massage you used/if the rollers go back to rest all the way. It’s usually around right glute area.
Maybe it was supposed to be a seat with benefits sort of thing?

Quick drive to grab lunch and everything seems stable in the 20 mins I was driving around. Halo Secure started working for me again and the HVAC seems to have calmed itself down now (although, the Artic Blast didn’t happen every time I got in the car previously).

Only thing I’ve noticed is all the Sanctuary videos cleared out and now it says it’s grabbing them and will take a moment. Well, it’s been a few hours and still hasn’t shown any content. Maybe it’s a 24 hour thing and no big deal really.

In other words…. So far, so good albeit a brief trip.
I lost my sanctuary modes too except for Viridian. Is there a way to download them?

Looks like it’s just automatically doing them in the background. Seems like they also did a bait and switch on the “Welcome to Gravity” video though. All the movies, streaming apps and halo secure stuff that were shown in it have all been removed.

Everyone should do a deep steering wheel reset after the OTA. (Two chimes the release the buttons and brakes). I’m really glad though this OTA seems to have eliminated the AC whistling noise and fans aren’t as aggressive getting into the vehicle.

Halo might be just that: a halo.
I want a real thing.

Should software install automatically trigger a deep/hard reboot? Whenever you do SW update on a PC, MAC or phone, the device always restarts.

Also of note
Software says 3.1 instead of 3.3.9View attachment 35031
I was concerned about that too. Mine showed 3.1.0 while updating (see pic below) but now that the update has completed, the version correctly shows 3.3.2

Wondering if 3.1.0 is considered foundational, and if all updates start at that point 🤷🏻‍♂️ Anyone know for sure?

Of course mine had to fail. I had to contact my service advisor who had it re-pushed and then it worked on the second try.

Many teams use semantic versioning, where the first number (Major) increases for breaking or very large changes, the second (Minor) for new but backward‑compatible features, and the third (Patch) for bug fixes and small tweaks. This is actually 11 versions of internal versions worked on after 3.3.9 - they then issued 3.3.20 once it had been sufficiently improved enough for public distribution.

Thanks for the versioning explanation.
I always knew there had to be a logical explanation, but never took the time to research.

experiencing a major FOMO, no update on my Gravity yet, rebooted car and app, gently stroked interior surfaces, nothing works...

Update installed, husband drove off so I've not checked against our list of problems.

He said still no Drive Assist and no warnings, but that's been an issue for a few weeks and is likely hardware. Also "HVAC is still wonky" but again I'm going to check for myself before concluding there are still arctic blast issues.

updated to 3.3.20 and no issues so far. Seems everything they said is fixed/improved is actually true at least for me now.

Can confirm that arctic blast is fixed, as well as long boot times. I think the "mixed F/C units" bug is squashed also, but did see some weird HVAC UI behavior (driver seat being greyed out until power cycle). Definitely a solid update.

Has anyone had the "massaging seats stop working after an unknown amount of time" problem recently? I haven't noticed it since 3.3.9.
