Yeah, I used 85% of my battery to go 230 miles from Birmingham to Memphis (the stretch that's made me wait many years longer than I would have otherwise waited to get an EV) driving as fast as traffic allowed (i.e. around 83mph). On the way there I went from 99 to 14, and on the way back I did 88 to 3. So like 2.3-2.4 miles per kWh. I do wish I could do the trip from 80% (and I probably could if I stuck to 70--if I baby the car and keep it at 70, I *can* do 2.9mpkWh), but one of my reasons for waiting so long was that I didn't want to have to change my driving habits around a car's needs). Still, I really have no complaints about the usability of the Gravity's range, just frustrations with the EPA rules and Lucid's, uh, optimism. But as you pointed out, the charging is so good it really hardly matters.
