It is great to hear on today’s earnings call that Uber’s Nuro integration and other strategic initiatives are moving full steam ahead. The NVIDIA collaboration is especially exciting—big things ahead for intelligent automation and next-gen mobility. Hands-free free which is fully developed in-house versus partnerships, will be something I have my eye on.

Congratulations also to Emad Dlala, who has been appointed Senior Vice President, Engineering and Digital. In addition to leading the powertrain organization, he will now oversee all product development functions, including vehicle engineering, digital systems, and software. In his expanded role, he will continue to drive Lucid's technology leadership, lead vehicle development, improve cost efficiency and manufacturability, and advance Lucid's software-defined vehicle architectures. With this end-to-end responsibility, I think he will be able to implement many new ideas to help push Lucid forward.
Congratulations also to Erwin Raphael has been elevated to Senior Vice President, Revenue, with expanded global responsibilities. He will now lead global sales and service operations, driving accountability for revenue and customer experience as Lucid expands further into new consumer markets worldwide.

Subsequent to quarter end, the Public Investment Fund ("PIF") and Lucid agreed to increase the delayed draw term loan credit facility (the "DDTL") from $750 million to approximately $2.0 billion. Lucid's total liquidity at quarter end would have been approximately $5.5 billion, giving effect to this DDTL increase, up from actual total liquidity of $4.2 billion. The DDTL facility remains undrawn.
