It has been 9 days since I reported the issue with my Lucid app being offline, and I have yet to receive a response from the Lucid customer care team. It is obvious that they do not care, and they might as well be called the "Don't Care Team!"This is a ridiculous level of service. Has anyone had a similar issue?

If you haven't already done so you might want to try deleting the app from your phone and starting over with a new download.

Is it happening consistently? At multiple locations?

I had a bad app experience too. What I learned was a lot of it is their back end and nothing to do with anything we can control. They did fix it though. Then they broke it again because they didn’t update the ticket as fixed, but after the second go round it’s been fine.

On and off at different locations.
To be clear: it isn’t your “app” being offline, but your car. If your car is parked in an area with bad AT&T service, it may quite literally be offline.

Customer Service also told me that it uses LTE as well, and a good work around if you're in a low LTE area, you can use wifi instead.

I reported the same issue to them about 5 days ago without a response. Fortunately, the most recent software upgrade resolved that issue. Nevertheless, the mobile key functions have never worked correctly and still don't. I had MAJOR issues with my Air when I first got it back in March. All were related to the entertainment center and included the NAV crashing, Lucid Assistant not working, and Apple CarPlay also not working. Basically, I couldn't receive or initiate calls from the car, nor use the Lucid Nav, nor any of the options available on my phone. I got nowhere with Lucid until I decided that I had enough of the run around. I went online and determined the names of the applicable executive over their service org and also the regional service manager for the region. I sent scathing emails to both. To his credit, the regional manager jumped all over my case and ultimately worked to get the issues resolved. In total, I had my car in for service for over 30 days. If they had not supplied me with a decent loaner vehicle, I would have invoked the Lemon Law provisions.

Glad it got worked out. What was the solution?

I had to make a bigger scene that I wanted to, too.

The solution was waiting for the next update. Since I'm in the Bay Area, Lucid Service brought a couple of engineers down to evaluate the car. They determined that the fix should be in the then, upcoming update. Fortunately, they were right.

What version were you on when the problem started? Mine was on 2.8.5 and the infotainment screens went blank. 2.8.7 failed to install and it is now if for service and they are (I think) replacing parts. I was of the belief it was a bug in 2.8.5. They gave me a new 2025 loaner, but I'm stuck in crappy weather when I should be down is sunny Southern California.
