Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

It seems to happen most frequently on first drive a day. But it goes away. It’s the only remaining random error I get with 3.3.5. My fear is it’s somehow tied to software stuff with the RDU failures, but I have NO reason to think that and no one has said they got that warning multiple times before an RDU failure.

So, I try not to worry. It doesn’t happen daily. Maybe every 4-5 days, if that much.

Although a few people have reported that when they went to actually do it the update was no longer available.
 
Are there release notes floating around out there yet?

I can assure you that the RWS error has nothing to do with the RDU fails.

I got this alert along with a driver system alert earlier. Has since gone away though. Both went away quickly. Hoping they stay away!

I downloaded the update this afternoon, read the release notes as above, and scheduled it for tonight at 6pm. When I look at the software level now it says up to date. Tonight might be interesting,
 
Also, if they’re going by .3s (eg 3.3.2 to 3.3.5 to 3.3.8) we should see a huge leap up to 3.4.1 soon. 😏

Seriously, really glad to see the cadence of the updates as it shows Lucid is really focused on squashing these bugs.

People have told me the same about my sound on calls and I've resorted to using an AirPod in the car. I had a mobile service appointment today and complained to the tech about it. He told me that Lucid is aware of this issue and has been working on this it. Apparently there are two microphones, one near the rearview mirror and one above and behind the driver. The latter microphone apparently is not being activated in at least some cars, and that's what they think is causing the poor sound quality. They are working on a software update to fix it.
 
Ugh. Fob was sleepy tonight, I guess. Went out to run an errand, came back to car with my arms full. No lights and handles didn’t present. So, was able to try to push driver handle but nothing happened.

So, put my stuff on the ground (it was raining, so I really really wanted proximity unlocked to work!), took out my fob and used the button to unlock car. Worked fine. Got in and all screens came up and looked fine.

However, I immediately got “key not detected”…so I shook fob and it DID go away. But…immediately said “key not detected” again. So I shook fob again and this time warning went away for good and car started up.

I had a 40 yard walk from store to car and my fob was definitely moving in my pocket, so not sure why it was so sleepy.

Not a major issue, but up until today, hadn’t gotten these warnings at all since 3.3.5 and fob update…

Yeah, I had a few of these too. So at least we cannot get locked out of our cars and fob dying will not prevent us from driving, but occasional fob sleep issues are still there.
 
Looks like you can get v3.3.8 now and update your key fob at home with your phone!

NotchEV is one of the better Gravity channels out there. He's very clear-eyed and judicious with his criticisms. He never catastrophizes thing when he runs into a problem. He is the channel that has me keeping my reservation. Can't wait to get mine.
