Every outing in the Gravity is an adventure.
This evening we got in the car to go to dinner and encountered this:

We waited a full three minutes to see if the screens would come up, but nothing changed. So we finally did the X/mic/brake reboot. We put the car in reverse, and the "No Key Detected" warning popped up. But finally, after several minutes dicking around with the car, we finally got underway. (Those vertical lines in the glass cockpit are not a photographic artifact. They were there and brighter than appears in the photo.)
When we got back into the car after dinner, the driver seat (which was all the way back due to the entry/exit feature) would not move, neither by pressing the brake pedal nor with the seat controls. Finally, my partner (who was driving and had driven to dinner on his profile settings) decided to try the profile button. His profile button would not respond. So he tried mine, and everything moved to my settings. He then was able to get the seats and mirrors to move to his setting by finally getting the car to accept his profile. Again, several minutes spent trying to get the car to become drivable.
About half the time we get into this car, we end up in a hybrid game of twenty questions / whack-a-mole, trying to figure out what's out of whack this time and what to do about it. Sometimes it's a problem people have already reported (sometimes along with a workaround), and sometimes it's something new.
I swear, the UI software in this car is every bit as bad as UX 1.0 in the early Airs. Yes, the Gravity has more features, but that just means more to go wrong. I had hoped never to go through that again with a car.
