🤷‍♂️ sorry pez... hopefully yours is coming soon. Based on other messages here, it definitely looks like they are ramping up to hit quarter close.
 
March 11 here, if you don't count that I was on the GGT train on November 7. I'm still "in production." Black GDE too, tahoe, though I have the mid-size wheels. I'm dying inside with each of these deliveries.

My reasoning for asking about your Gravity having 3.3.1 was not in reference to Homelink but rather how it might effect reliability of key fob. If you look through the Gravity Bugs/Issues thread, you will see that the most mentioned Gravity Bug has been the unreliability of the key fob. Software 3.3.1 release notes mentions that it would address those key fob issues. Since your Gravity may be one of the very few on this forum with 3.3.1. Installed, people on this forum will be very interested in hearing your impressions of how reliable the key fob works for you.

3.3.1 will really only impact your fob if you have the issue now - in which case you need to stop in. Otherwise, presumably, if you take delivery with 3.3.1 your sw and fob firmware will be updated and you’ll never have the issue.

Interestingly, my car has been at sc for a week and one “minor” issue was fob which they said they’ve fixed completely even though car is still on 3.2.2…

Who knows. I just want my car back. Honestly, and I know this is blasphemy, I am grateful for the AGT loaner, but really don’t like the Air - getting in and out is absurd. The car is insanely low to the ground.

Is this true also if you only have an "asset"? I was told in an email from my SA on Friday that my order has been assigned to an asset, and that this is equivalent to being in production, meaning that my deposit is now non-refundable (which is fine). But I am having second thoughts about Yosemite vs. Tahoe, and I might want to make a change. I hope having an "asset" assigned won't make that impossible.

Only your SA can tell you. And, as mentioned, the answer depends on your SA. If you’re considered in production, you will likely not be able to unless you’re willing to go the back of the line.

Quite honestly, at this point and as some who matched with an inventory car that didn’t have my exact specs to get it sooner, I’d go to the back of the line if you have doubts and get what you want. They really seem to be ramping and I don’t think the time from new order to delivery today for a non-tech GGT with a color they’re producing is more than probably three months max. I honestly think daily about paying more for platinum (which I don’t like and am now getting wrapped to cover up) and not waiting for power package and smallest wheels (less range). Was it cool to have sooner? 100%. Was it “worth it”? Probably not. It ultimately shortened my wait by 40 days or so. Love the car still and it’s awesome, but at this price range, you should wait to get the exact specs you want.

I can't agree more! Originally I really wanted Quantum, when putting my deposit down my SA matched me to a batch which eventually put me "In Production" within the month. Less than 2 weeks of PDI I am on the fence of changing my interior & SS. Which will reset my delivery date, FOMO is real when you don't see any Gravity on the road. But not getting exactly what you want now & deal with what you missed out on for an earlier delivery, especially we are planning to keep the car long term.

I'm feeling the FOMO quite a bit as well. But it's such a substantial expense, I'm holding firm and waiting for the configuration I really want. I considered asking my SA to match me with a HUDless GGT over the last 6 weeks, but I know I'd have a lot of regret when Lucid starts to deliver the promised AR HUD features.

HUD was another I am on the fence, but not being able to test drive with a working HUD - I skipped that option

Yeah, it is a leap of faith that the HUD will be cool, and I'm aware of the potential for me to decide it wasn't worth it. But I won't be that bothered by spending the money on a feature that doesn't work out, as long as I'm still happy with driving the car for other reasons.

I’m on 3.3.1. Key fob works great except for the constant alert in my infotainment to “shake the key” to wake it up lol.

Sorry if I missed this, but do you know for certain your fob has the bulletin update associated with 3.3.1?

I wonder if there’s some kind of update that needs to be done to the fob that wasn’t done..

I took delivery yesterday and have halo secure so I know I’m on 3.3.1.

I’ll reach out to service and report my findings.

Give us your impressions on Halo secure. I’m spoiled with Sentry Mode on my MX, so very curious.

My SA told me today that it appears my configuration will go into production in about three weeks. As others have mentioned, I don’t expect it until November, late, if then. Black, stealth, bulk deluxe purlux, 20”/21” wheels, everything else except HUD.

Underwhelming compared to Teslas Sentry mode unless I’m not using it correctly. I haven’t played with it in the car, but it’s all turned on. Dropped my car at a buddy’s tint shop so I don’t have the car with me.

I’m not able to see a live view on my app either.

Hopefully they update and improve the feature!

I have had no issues with my fob. It works very well so for - no glitches or delays. (I've had the car 3 days, to give an idea of the sample timeframe.)

Delivery scheduled for this weekend. I ordered very early on the 7th of November, but changed the order twice. Once to get real leather and once on finding (with the help of my very capable sales associate)one that was in production. It arrived a day earlier than SA expected and I could have taken delivery a couple of days earlier, but had work and family commitments. I have been an Air GT owner since 2022, so very much looking forward to getting the Gravity GT. I will post more after it arrives and I have had time to do some drives.
