There does seem to be a pretty big gap between the most responsive SA that chases orphaned builds for people, and the SA that take weeks to respond to messages. We have examples of people taking delivery rapidly after telling their SA they're flexible about the specific configuration. Obviously that's also unlikely to be true for 1000 people in the next two months.
Production is always going to ”ramp next month”, “next quarter”, etc. Tesla and Rivian were the same. We shall see what they say on earnings, but it feels like they’re very far from ramping up.
