Lucid " customer car"

After spending nearly $100,000 on a car I continue to be appalled after more than a year about the lack of customer care from lucid. Don't even think about calling the Millbrae office as they never ever answer the phone no matter what extension you dial and they don't call back. Now the same is happening with the 888 number. I wish I had never done business with this company

May I ask what issues you are having? From my experience with Millbrae they have been personally active at communication, documentation, and addressing my concerns where possible and when times is available to them? I have only had the car since 07/09/2025 and they're also getting me back in next week to rectify my vehicle.
