My AGT continues to stop charging after 5-10% and goes to sleep. I have to wake it up and it starts to charge again. When I called customer service they said they are working on it as it is a known software bug. They recommend leaving one of the doors open to stop the car from going to sleep???

Huh. This is the first I’ve heard of that. You turned off scheduled charging and rebooted the car? I’ve never once had the car end a charging session prematurely by going to sleep.

You should have service investigate. I’ve never heard of this issue.
Are you charging at home? What charger do you have?
I always charge at home. I am using a 14/50 NEMA 50 amp charging plug.
What brand of charger ?
Hhhmmm. Maybe having glitches and short power drop outs from your power company? Might interrupt the charge. Either the charger or Lucid. Does it stop charging every time now?
I had this problem for a couple of weeks. I would plug in our AGT in the garage with the supplied cable to a 14/50 outlet, which worked fine for the first 7 months we had the car, and it would only charge for a few minutes, then quit charging and go to sleep. If I woke up the car, it would charge a little more. I kept delaying reporting the problem to Lucid, because I wanted to go out to the garage and see if the light was glowing on the cable adapter or not, but kept forgetting to do that. But after somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks of this behavior, it started working normally again.
I am still waiting to hear back from CS.
They asked me a bunch of basic questions on when this occurred. They will supposedly investigate but may not tell me the root cause (unless, they need me to do some things differently)

Mine is doing same thing. Cannot trust it to complete a charge to 80%. Shuts off. Have had car a year. No problem till recently.
Try a logo reset to clear the memory and see if it clears it up.

Mine did the same thing yesterday. Charged 5% then went to sleep. I tried what CS suggested; leaving the door open, and it did not charge at all after waiting 30 minutes. I had to do a system reset to get the car to start charging again. After the reset, it charged to 80% without going to sleep. They need to fix this problem, as I don't trust the car to do scheduled charging.
My car got worse. It doesn't start charging unless it is awake. Stops charging randomly while asleep. Resumes after waking up from the app. it has been plugged in for the last 5 hours, but seems to have been charged only for 2 hours out of the 5 hours (based on miles added).
Weird. Call service.
Been texting them every time this happened. So far, they have only been listening to what I tell them. No possible causes or solutions from them.
