i've driven a tesla without front license plate for 4 years with no issues in CA. and dont plan on putting it on beautiful Lucid.

Years ago I did get a "missing front license plate" ticket while my car was parked in a Santa Barbara paid parking lot. Apparently the "meter maids" (not gender specific) walked through all the public parking lots and wrote up tickets just for the missing front plate. This is also what is currently happening in SF.
