This is quite an optimistic turn for you, @gaskiller, and I hope you'll be able to say "I told you so!" by the end of the year. That said, I notice you have already hedged Lucid's 'early fall of 2026' promise to EE. I'll happily settle for year-end though.

I agree with you. While Lucid appears to be making the right moves, I need to see some execution to dates before I fully trust their timelines.

I upgraded the CPU in my 2022 Air GT and immediately noticed snappier performance. Particularly when listening to SiriusXM which with old hardware was choppy when I have Lucid navigation running at the same time as playing music. The upgrade completed fixed this issue.
 
I'm the first one in Germany with a CCCv2 Retrofit. 1545€ is like $1839

I just lucked into a no-cost upgrade to CCCv2. I picked up a pre-owned 2024 AT last summer, and while I love almost everything about the car, I was getting really annoyed with the pilot panel and the rear view camera display taking almost 45sec to boot up. I brought the car in for its 24mo service recently, and the service techs identified a fault with the original CCC hardware. Maybe there aren’t any more v1 parts available, but the techs replaced my v1 computer with a v2 under warranty and now my system runs awesome.

Nice of Lucid to do that. They could have grabbed a version 1.0 from another " loaner" but they installed a free upgrade! And you were not even the original buyer. I know a few people bash Lucid customer service, but hey, its not perfect but much better than many other companies.
 
What has happened with this upgrade. I asked to upgrade this display, they said it wasn’t available…my request was made in July 2025…Not much faith with Lucid. Sad.

Are you talking to the SC or Customer Care? I think Customer Care has more authority to move things along….
 
I did the chip upgrade yesterday at the Scottsdale service center. The people could not have been nicer, and while it took longer than I expected (almost 5 hours) I was offered a car. Had a friend stop by and take me to lunch instead. The service people kept me well informed during the process at what was going on, and gave me ETA estimates. The car screens are 'snappier' and the front camera resolution has clearly gained some resolution. Will check the rear camera today. A surprising improvement was my garage door performance. Sometimes I would have to tap the Homelink screen multiple times to get it to trigger, but now it goes on the first tap every time.

So all positive. Awaiting v3 of the software hopefully before the end of the year.
 
Last month, I upgraded my CCCv2, and I can confirm I was the first in Europe to do so. Unfortunately, voice commands don't work anymore. The system keeps trying to download language packs. I was told to place an access point near the car, but that didn't help. I used my phone as a hotspot, and while I can see the car downloading a bunch of files, it still doesn't work. What can I do?

Center Console Control Unit Installed via mobile service a month ago. No noticeable difference. Lucid tells me it will be needed for UX 3.0. Also just installed 2.9 but haven’t driven it yet so nothing to report.
 
Notes on 2.9 version about needing to resign into Tidal...

I didn't have my login with me so I tried regular FM music...

I had forgotten how good the audio is in these cars, even on "regular" FM.

(ps Is that a Tempest or Le Mans ??? )

or a GTO?
 
65 Lemans, I believe GTO was an option package in 65 and it would have GTO badging on decklid.
