Picked up my Pure RWD yesterday and put the winter tires on today.
For (aftermarket) wheel/tire selection, I was looking for simplicity:
1. Wanted to use the factory lug nuts so I don't need to keep a set of 'tuner lugs' that always seem to rust.
2. TPMS - Cloned w/ the factory set. (Autel MX Sensor (programmable) that I have used with many different cars over the years)
3. No spacers, no center hub rings .
This is what I ended up with ---
1. Fast Wheels EV01+ 5x120, ET37, 19x8.5", CB 64.1, Flow formed, Aero blades.
I have used Fast Wheels for winter wheels on other cars and they have held up well, direct fit using factory lug nuts.
2. Autel MX Sensors, programmed (cloned) with the factory wheels.
Only catch I noticed here is the Autel Handheld scanner seemed to need extra time capturing the data from the OE sensors. I'm curious whether the new sensors are lower power.....
I swapped the tires after the TPMS sensors were programmed. Lucid has a menu option under settings to allow you to switch to 19" wheels. I then drove around the block and the sensors were now showing the updated tire pressures (19" tire pressures are higher)
