I'm starting this topic to share what I've learned about charging my Lucid when it is going to be outside overnight or for a few days in sub freezing temperatures.

First I want to say the updated app has done wonders for knowing what is going on with the cars battery. When temps drop below freezing the car will want to warm the battery before charging, so what I've been doing this winter when I get home for the evening is schedule charging for the following morning for a 30- 60 minute charge (time dependent on the overnight temps) before I plan on hitting the road, the screenshots below are from this morning.

The reason I started charging when the battery was at 84% is that during the winter I charge to 85%, when I came home the other night I forgot to turn on the scheduled charging and I plugged the car in....about 90 minutes later I saw via the app that the car was charging so I stopped charging at 84%.

I am a new owner and also live in the cold. Do you just leave the car plugged in every night and then set it to charge in the AM before you leave for work?

On nights where its going to be below 25F I do, and I only do this to warm the battery up, is it necessary? I can say it's not a range a issue as the majority of my charging occurs at my office and my one way commute generally consumes 8% of the battery in moderate weather, and when the temps fall below 25F the commute consumption rises to 10%, I do it mainly because I've read it's better for the life of the battery.
