Hi all am I the first to experience this? Didn’t see anyone mention it here.

23 Air Pure AWD.

CarPlay wouldn’t start (ugh) so I did the logo restart. It worked. I drove to my location, pulled into the parking garage and my windows (all!) wouldn’t go down. Tried everything I could to no avail. Had to open my door and nearly bang it into the pole to get the ticket.

Never had this happen. Anyone else?

Window switches not working is a new one for me. Trying them after the fact, did they work? Definitely an issue if you can’t work the window

Yes they worked after I had let the car lock and then returned to it.

Update that this happened again. All other window switches are working but my drivers window is halfway down and I can’t bring it up. Lucid service asked me to bring it in Monday.

Not as extreme as yours but there were a few instances that my window’s one-touch up and down didn’t work for like 10 seconds. I needed to hold the switch to close the window.

At first I thought I didn’t press or pull it hard enough but no. I pulled the switch with enough force. I tried a few times.

That issue isn’t the switch or motor but the seals. You need your window seals replaced or adjusted, as they’re getting in the way of the window closing. It’s a quick fix.

My issue was resolved. It was caused by water ingress through the drivers side side mirror. It caused corrosion on a connector causing intermittent issues with the window switch.

They replaced the whole mirror. Great service!
