Picked up my Lucid Air Pure today and first order of business was to get the windows tinted.

Some shops were unwilling to tint the Lucid (not familiar)

A local shop , EJ Auto Tinting, in Markham was able to complete the job in a couple of hours - they had a plotter cut from a template - and they said the template was excellent.

Only grips for them was the rear window (curve) and the way the side windows are framed which added some time to the install.

SunTek CIR (Ceramic Tint) 35% (sides and rear), 70% Windshield.

Logan pictured below has tinted a few cars for me over the years and has been in business for >25 years. Always done excellent work.

The Lucid Air Pure has been great so far!!!

My local tint destination had the same concerns when they saw my Air. They knew the rear window curvature would add some time to get the fitment right. After installation, they said the side windows were an even greater challenge, due to the multiple layers of (what I assume are) sound-dampening gaskets toward the rear edge of the front windows. I hadn't noticed the peculiarity of Lucid's design until an employee pointed it out; the glass rests on top of a few inches of material on that rearward edge. They had to disassemble that portion of the frame. It came out perfectly, though. Told me they'd be charging the next Lucid customer a lot more than they charged me (ballpark of $350). They didn't realize what they were in for at the time of that quote.

Cool spec, by the way! I strongly considered Black + Platinum + 20", myself. Ended up going the opposite route: White + Stealth + 20". Florida heat played a role in that decision.

Thanks! Your White with the black out sounds cool (and smart for Florida). My last car was white so I thought I go give black a try this time :)
My order (inventory) originally had the 19" wheels but they were able to get it delivered with 20" wheels. They even got the correct door sticker (20") installed.

This guy on reddit shows what is required to get the door apart -

This google image shows the multi-seal on the door frame that makes it more difficult to tint -
