Mobile service replaced the motor. One interesting tidbit was he was able to get the window to close by raising the window in little steps rather than holding the switch. Wished I had known that last week.
Yesterday, my driver side window would not close. Called the Costa Mesa service center. Attempts to troubleshoot on phone failed. Brought in to service center this morning and they fixed it while I waited. Cleaned and silcone lubed the window channels. I was told that the factory leaves the window down. This allows dirt to accumulate which led to window sensing an obstruction. Window stops closing and retracts. Truly a 5 minute fix - no appointment needed. If your window fails to close, intermittent ups on the window controller will close it.
