WHERE ARE YOUR COMPLAINTS

Yep, I'm tracking Virginia's lemon law--considered quite strong and pro-consumer--while I wait for Lucid's 'mediation' process to play out.

I think its pretty straightforward right? So far they've been proactive with me, but its also way over 30 days and my car is sitll in the shop. Hasn't even been worked on yet that I know of.

I’ve only had the Gravity for three weeks but, so far, only minor glitches with the software, mostly just booting up slowly sometimes. The HUD is my biggest disappointment and I cannot get it low enough to be clear, sharp and out my direct line of sight. Otherwise, I love the car! Definitely a huge improvement over my 2022 AGT when it was first delivered.

I remember when you got your 2022 AGT because you and I joined this forum right about the same time. Congratulations on your Gravity! I got one too, December 2025.

My only real complaint is the same as yours, looking at the HUD gives me a mild headache, and I can’t get it low enough so that it’s below my straight-ahead line of sight.

Two months into ownership, I was spared the middle row rattle, but the car has developed an intermittent rattle coming from the driver’s door panel. Unfortunately I can’t reliably reproduce it. The rattle comes and goes.

I’ll have the rattle and a broken plastic trim piece from the third-row storage well looked at at my first Gravity service, if ever I can get someone at Lucid Service San Diego to pick up the phone.

Our Gravity is up to 40+ documented faults/defects, which now includes a faulty cabin mic (used for hands-free calls), a sporadic intermittent wiper function, and my favorite: lowered driver and passenger windows will only raise 1/3 of the way and then immediately drop again. The work-around is inching the windows up ever so slightly vs just hitting the window button to raise it automatically. And still no response from Lucid regarding my lease termination (buyback) request. Worst decision I've ever made.

Remember, the leasing company is BofA; they paid Lucid in full for the car and your'e asking Lucid to pay them back

Best of luck
