Thanks everyone who participated in our Lucid Audio Experience AMA on March 11:

It was a great experience for the team. We appreciated all your questions and learned a lot about what's on your mind regarding Lucid audio.

We are already looking to host our next one and would love to hear which topics you're most interested in. We'd also appreciate any feedback you have regarding the last one.

Thanks @marqie and Lucid team for the amazing event. I would love to hear more about Lucid’s plans for autonomous driving and driver assistance features for all variations of DD for air. I would also love to hear about efficiency gains finding it way into older Airs as Lucid indicated in the past that some of these features will be ported over to older models.

If we're going more generic, I would love to hear about the realistic product roadmap without any of the fluffery. What is holding back Lucid from being the best in class not just from an engineering standpoint but also a software UI/UX standpoint?

More specific:
1. Infotainment as a whole. I think we can all agree at this point that while the system is clever, there is a lot to be desired. Between defects, design quirks, improvements, etc, would great to really get under the hood to know where we're headed. Maybe the answer is - Android Auto & Apple Carplay. That's what other car manufacturers do to avoid having to develop a fully functional system. That answer is ok assuming Android Auto gets released.
2. Highway Assist / Driver Assist features - While I'm not on the DD Pro setup with LIDAR, I think I can safely say that the Driver Assist features on this car are relatively non-existent. My 23K Hyundai Elantra without any of the bells and wheels has more automated capability - lane centering being the big one. I think many in the rest of the community would like to know where the DD Pro features of coming. We're seeing China's BYD do some really impressive stuff on this front. It would be unfortunate to see Lucid fall further behind.
3. Repairability / Part Improvements / Service Center - Service Centers are continuing to get longer and longer lead times for support. Customer Care is mostly unhelpful. Parts and Body work are hard to come by. Would be great to hear what Lucid is doing on this front considering Gravity is coming and will continue to stress the system further.
4. Known Issues - Honestly one of my biggest peeves with the car is not knowing what is expected, what is an issue, what is coming soon, what is never going to be fixed (backlog forever), how many people are experiencing my problem, etc. On the audio thread, it's clear there is a disconnect between Product Teams, Customer Service, Service Techs, etc. For one, I would love to be able to point a known issues list and then add my car to the list. Or a list of people who've reported a problem, and then add my car to the list. This way we can start to really see if there is a one off problem or the car itself is having an issue. Obviously this is bad optics if not managed properly, but I think the team at Lucid is creative enough to come up with a solution that works for everyone. Maybe it's a person dedicated to these forums who gathers concerns and links them together. Not sure what the answer is here, but the black box approach isn't working.
5. Plans for Communication - What is Lucid going to do to have more effective communication and provide realistic updates around features/fixes/releases. If the answer is going to be 2 major releases a year + 4 fix releases, then that's cool. I think it's valuable to start setting realistic expectations that Lucid can meet and the community can have something to look forward to.

Could we pre-field questions that the mods could organize and prioritize? Maybe a poll to get the most out of it and still have a live session so it’s dynamic with follow on questions.

Is a streaming live type of event with a type box out of the question?

Phone as key. 2 years in and continues to be a mystery. Maybe just get a few frustrated owners together for a focus group then do a video to show how to use the system.

Thanks, Marqie. Please consider @tonybot's suggestions as a times 2.

In the order of priority, I would like.
1. No new bugs created with every update
2. Stable infotainment with dash cam added
3. Realistic range
4. Google maps instead of HERE maps
5. If not V2H, get V2L at least 120V 11kW with a CCS V2L adapter as on Ioniq 5 and like rangeXchange
6. Android Auto
7. V2H
8. It is about time. Match what Tesla FSD can do with just the cameras and stop Tesla folks from gloating😂
9. Nice if we can buy hardware upgrades at cost if possible for those of us who love to pass on Lucid to grand kids
