Volume for music

My volume isn't working. Any suggestions?

When that happened to me, they had to replace a faulty media module. Definitely try resetting your car first, then if still not, schedule a service. Call Customer Care, they can walk you through the reset process and then schedule a service for you if it doesn't work.
