VIN pulling incorrect build

I've been trying to sell my Air Pure. It was one of the first batches so it was the Derek Jenkins release or whatever, Fathom Blue, all options and dual motor AWD before they dropped it to single motor RWD to bump people up to Touring (similar tactics with the HUD in Gravity we are seeing now).

The issue is, as potential buyers are going to pull a VIN report, it's pulling back that it's a single motor RWD...I know it's not, I have the window sticker and it confirms the info in the my lucid portal but I'm not sure what/who/how to get this corrected...any thoughts?

I did contact CX, but historically it's been challenging to get answers they just open tickets....

Here is data from JD Power and NHTSA for your VIN. Both show dual motor. Is it required of you to use Manheim?

That's certainly good to know, but how would that convo go "oh Manheim isn't right go look at these others?" I would walk from that situation...Manheim, OVE & Carmax are the biggest auto dealers in the nation either way that needs to be corrected wouldn't you agree?

Fair. But I’d argue it’s more of an issue with Manheim decoding the VIN than it is with Lucid. Have you contacted them?

Yes, it is. Whatever source Manheim is using is wrong. The NHTSA VIN decoder (the canonical source) correctly identifies it as dual motor. This is a ticket you have to open with Manheim.
