Unable to purchase items on the referral rewards store

I have some referral points, which I am trying to exchange for items on the rewards store, in particular the bike rack and sunshade. But every time I try to login and make the purchase, there’s no option to add them to my cart or bag. It looks like some items have the option to be added to the cart and others do not. Not sure if that means they are sold out, but you could still buy them if you pay cash on the regular accessories part of Lucid’s Website.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I’ve sent a couple messages to lucid, but not gotten a response yet. Have also tried different browsers and different computers.

Have you tried from the app?
 
The sunshade seems available for me, but the bike mount is not, so that may be sold out. Sorry, I don't have any other advice for you besides making sure you can actively see your points at the top because the rewards site will log you out after inactivity.
 
Thanks, that's what I thought, too, but the bike rack can be purchased for cash. Maybe they've only allocated a certain number of those for points purposes. Oh well, thanks everyone!
