I have some referral points, which I am trying to exchange for items on the rewards store, in particular the bike rack and sunshade. But every time I try to login and make the purchase, there’s no option to add them to my cart or bag. It looks like some items have the option to be added to the cart and others do not. Not sure if that means they are sold out, but you could still buy them if you pay cash on the regular accessories part of Lucid’s Website.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? I’ve sent a couple messages to lucid, but not gotten a response yet. Have also tried different browsers and different computers.
