I've seen how Waymo does it in SF. One of the buildings they go to in order to charge has a bunch of staff onsite cleaning the vehicles as they're charging.

It's genreally always San Francisco. It's a city that's classed as having one of the most complex road environments for an AV to learn apparently. Obviously, it's proximity to Silicon Valley also helps
