Turn signal sound

Hi
Is there a way to adjust or change the turn signal sound? I thought I read somewhere that the sound should come out of the left speaker for a left turn; right speaker for a right turn. And the sound is more than just a boring click.

Is this true? It doesn’t seem to be.

No way to change the sound.

The turn signal comes from center, but if there is a car in your blind spot *that* alert (and others) will come from the speakers on that side.

Would be nice if we could turn it off.
