I am unable to open or close my trunk using the touch camera console or the latch and button on the trunk. The problem occurred only occasionally at first. After several weeks, it happens most of the time. The trunk latch releases but the trunk doesn’t raise. I have to do it manually. I also have to close the trunk manually, even when there is nothing in the trunk. Has anyone else had this experience?

Sounds like you need service.
Mine very infrequently will open a few inches then close back up. Service won't do anything until they can capture the issue themselves. Mobile service told me that there is a wiring harness issue on some Air builds that can cause the issue, but service center won't disassemble to evaluate.

Yes. Started in a major snowstorm. Also tons of lighting faults. And contact customer care messages. Luckily I have an appointment already queued up because the Frunk was not working either. This really sucks
