Hello All
Use sprint mode on my Touring all the time. After 20,000 miles, look at all the warranty work that had to be performed

Concern: Customer states various alerts came on his vehicle after picking up from service. States it occurred Friday 3/21 5:40PM when he was driving

45mph on sprint mode. the alerts that came on were:

Stability fault

Parking Brake fault

Front camera fault

Hold fault

Braking faults.

Customer stated vehicle went into roll mode shortly after alerts came on. Stated every time he tried to put it back to hold it would revert back to roll.

Reference 151423. Please check and advise.

Cause: Left rear ting washer disintegrated damaging left rear speed sensor, wheel bearing and half shaft.

Corrections: Mileage in/out: 19306/19361

Technician 018692 performed the following:

Performed 1st test drive.

Performed scanning and reviewing fault memory.

Removed rear aero shield.

Removed trunk trim.

Removed rear wheels.

the trunk = good.

Removed left rear wheel speed sensor - found physical damage.

Removed right rear wheel speed sensor - no damage detected.

Performed wiring harness and connectors testing from wheel speed sensor and parking actuator through rear subframe harness to the connector insideDocusign Envelope ID: 6C60925F-FD08-4FEA-B20E-199A71185927

Created FTS case.

Performed LR axle nut torque checked - failed.

Performed RR axle nut torque checked - passed.

Removed LR half shaft - found ting washer disintegrated.

Removed RR half shaft - found ting washer intact but damaged.

Performed inspections of LR and RR half shafts and wheel bearing.

Performed documentations in FTS case.

Replaced Left half shaft (comes with new ting washer), wheel bearing and wheel speed sensor.

Replaced Right half shaft (comes with new ting washer).

Performed 2nd test drive in sprint mode - vehicle operated normal, no warning messages present.

Scanned the vehicle and uploaded CSV report to FTS case.

Removed Inlet Module.

Per FTS performed VCU harness testing.

Updated FTS case.

Reassembled the vehicle.

Cleared fault memory.

Performed 3 test drive.

Vehicle accelerated normal, no warning messages present.

Brought it back to service center, scanned and attached latest CSV report to FTS case.

Per FTS additional extended test drives were conducted on streets and highway simulating customer's driving style - no warning messages present.

Scanned the vehicle and attached latest CSV report to FTS case.
